The Center for Persons with Special Needs was established in 1997 and has been a place of care, growth, and hope ever since.<\/p>\n      <p style=\"color: var(--text-soft); line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 1rem;\">Our Center provides specialized educational, therapeutic, and social services designed to support children and young individuals with intellectual disabilities and Cerebral Palsy. With Caritas Zgharta, daily milk distribution began, reaching 700+ families.
