The Center of Inaya Association for persons with special needs was established in 1997 under the number 101 AD, it is a non-governmental and a non-profit association and has entered into a contract with the social affairs Ministry.

To offer a full range of compassionate support and care services at all levels: emotional, educational, therapeutic, and practical, for children and youngsters with special needs and their families.
To offer educational programs and therapies that promote the development and well-being of every person with special needs.
To raise awareness in the community about the needs and rights of people facing special challenges.
To empower children and youngsters to become more independent and confident in their daily lives.
To organize workshops that equip youngsters with practical skills and tools to enhance their productivity, confidence, and independence.
To create a safe and welcoming environment where children, youngsters, and their families feel valued and supported.
To collaborate with professionals, caregivers, and local organizations to improve services for children and youngsters.
